2. Website Services
This website is operated by participating local Kiwanis Clubs in support of the 41st Kiwanis Special Games, hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Kalayaan.
Digital infrastructure, marketing systems, sponsorship management, and online services are provided by AJA Sarah Marketer under agreement with the event organizer.
3. Sponsorship Applications
Submission of sponsorship inquiries or applications does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of sponsorship.
All sponsorship commitments are subject to coordination and confirmation by the Kiwanis Club of Kalayaan as the official host of the 41st Kiwanis Special Games.
The organizing committee reserves the right to coordinate school sponsorships in accordance with the established ₱5,000 per school tradition.
4. Sponsorship Tradition
The established school sponsorship amount for the Kiwanis Special Games is ₱5,000 per school. This is a fixed tradition that has been honored by local Kiwanis Clubs for many years.
Where applicable, sponsorship fees or donations are coordinated through the Kiwanis Club of Kalayaan, the official payment collection partner authorized for the event.
Official sponsorship confirmation is provided only after coordination with the host club and acknowledgment from the organizing committee.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, event branding, website content, photos, and promotional materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information, the organizers are not liable for technical interruptions, website downtime, or unforeseen event changes.
7. Changes
The Kiwanis Club of Kalayaan may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of future revisions.
